Failed Unit Replacement

A sealed unit fails when its edge seal breaks down and the gas fill escapes, letting moist air into the cavity between the panes — you'll usually spot it as misting that won't clear, a permanent hazy patch, or visible condensation trapped between the panes rather than on the surface. The good news is that the frame around it is almost always still sound, so the fix is a like-for-like glass replacement rather than a new window.

We survey the failed unit on site, take an exact measurement and manufacture a matching replacement to the original specification — or upgrade it to a better-performing option such as argon fill or acoustic laminated glass — then fit it without disturbing the surrounding frame.
